10. Choose Calculated Fields from the Toolbox. Then choose New.

11. Name the calculated field Display Sales Amount.

12. Select the Conditional radio button.

13. From the Result Type list, select Currency.

14. Click in the Conditional Expression field.

15. Select the RM Open Temp File from the Resources drop-down list, select RM Document Type-All from the field drop- down list and choose the Add button.

16. Choose the less than (<) button from the Operators.

17. Select the Constants Tab and then choose Integer.

18. Type 6 in the Constant field and choose the Add button.

19. Click in the True Case field.

20. Select the Fields tab and choose the RM Open Temp File from the Resources drop-down list. Select Display Sales Amount from the field drop-down list and choose the Add button.

21. Click in the False Case field.

22. Select the RM Open Temp File from the Resources drop-down list, select Display Sales Amount from the field drop-down list and choose the Add button.

Next, select the * sign from the Operators.

Drag the Display Sales Amount calculated field into the H1 section of the report and drag the Display Total 2 calculated field into the F1 section of the report where you originally delete the fields off of the layout.

If you calculate taxes or use any of the other total fields in the F1 section of the report, you will need to create Calculated Fields for them as well.
